Well, very similar. Lie in my bed and imagine that I'm turning into heavy lead, starting at my feet, getting heavier and heavier and imagine sinking into the bed. Also usually asleep before I get to the top half of my body. It sucks. I think I've tried everything possible and I'm currently on a prescription sleeping pill but I don't like to take it every night. <br /><br />I'm a bedtime thinker so I think about everything going on in my life which causes me to start stressing out. A few other things I use and alternate from night to night are melantonin, calms forte which is homeopathic and over the counter, rescue remedy which is a sublingual liquid and also homeopathic.<br /><br />Another thing I do that my mom used to do with me when I was younger is I lay in bed and close my eyes and slowly say goodnight in my mind from my feet to the top of my head.
